Where is my data stored?
Only on the device you use Rieki on. There is no Rieki server that holds your business data.
How do I back up?
Open Settings (under More on a phone) and tap Back up now. Save or share the backup file somewhere safe — a pen drive, your own Google Drive, or another device. Rieki also keeps automatic backups on the device itself.
I am changing my phone. How do I move my data?
Tap Back up now on the old phone and send the file to the new one. Install Rieki on the new phone, open Settings and tap Restore from file.
Are the GST figures right?
Rieki follows Indian GST rules exactly and checks every bill it reads. Still, have your accountant review your returns — you remain responsible for what you file.
A bill photo was read wrongly. What should I do?
Correct the line before saving — Rieki shows the figures it read next to each line. Then send us the bill if you can, so we can improve the reader. A clear photo or the supplier’s PDF reads best.
Does Rieki need the internet?
No. It works fully offline. On Android it has no permission to use the internet at all.
