Terms of use
Last updated: 9 November 2026
These terms apply to the Rieki app and the website rieki.app, published by Gajangi Technologies (“we”). By installing or using Rieki you agree to them.
1. Using Rieki
You may install and use Rieki for your own business. You may not resell it, copy it to distribute it, or try to remove its licence checks.
2. Free and Pro
Rieki is free to use on one device. Rieki Pro, when available, is a yearly subscription (₹1,999 a year unless stated otherwise at purchase) that unlocks extra features and devices. When Pro ends, Rieki goes back to the free version; your data stays readable and exportable. Purchases through Google Play follow Google Play’s refund rules.
3. Your data is yours — and so are your backups
Rieki stores your data only on your device. We cannot see it or recover it. You are responsible for making and keeping backups. If a device is lost or reset without a backup, the data on it is lost.
4. Figures, GST and your accounts
Rieki calculates costs, prices, stock and GST carefully and checks the bills it reads, but you must review what you enter and save, including anything read from bills or photos. Rieki does not file returns or give tax, legal or accounting advice. You remain responsible for your GST returns, invoices and books; have them checked by your accountant.
5. No warranty
Rieki is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or suit every business.
6. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Rieki in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update Rieki and these terms. We will post changes on this page with a new date.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
